Novozymes provides manufacturing services supported by process development and up-scaling. The idea is to enter into collaboration with our customer early in the development phase and remain the supplier after commercialisation.

Scale-up

During scale-up we use methods to predict performance and avoid overflow metabolism or oxygen depletion during fermentation. For recovery and purification we combine a wide range of general techniques to create a suitable process out-line.
